These Booking Terms apply to rental agreements with Gargaretta Suites Wildflower.
Check-in / check-out: check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Lost keys incur a fee.
House rules: no reselling or subletting; photo ID at check-in; no smoking indoors (minimum €250 charge); no parties (minimum €250 charge); pets are permitted as well as service animals; guests must not disturb others and are liable for damage or extra cleaning.
Liability: Gargaretta Suites is liable only for damages resulting from its own actions or negligence. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
Greek law applies. Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
Payment and confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when the stay is paid in full, or when Gargaretta Suites agrees with you in writing (including email) another payment arrangement. Until then, the dates may be held for a limited time only. If payment is not completed and no other arrangement has been agreed — or if an agreed arrangement is not completed — Gargaretta Suites is not obliged to provide the apartment and may cancel the reservation without charge to you, so the suite can be offered to other guests. Confirmed paid stays are then subject to the Bookings, cancellations & refunds policy.
Identification at check-in: Before payment, the lead guest must provide the number of a valid national identity card or passport. Short-term accommodation in Greece requires the host to identify guests. At check-in you must present the original identity card or passport to the host. The document must be valid, belong to the lead guest, and match the name and number given at booking. If a valid original document is not produced, or it does not match the reservation, Gargaretta Suites may refuse check-in. In that case no stay is provided; any refund follows only the Bookings, cancellations & refunds policy.
